General personal data protection regulation

On May 25. 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/RGDP) – European regulation n°2016/679, called the General Data Protection Regulation of April 14, 2016, came into effect.

I would thus like to make it clear that my list of clients and recipients, of which you are one, only records the surnames, first names, business company numbers, telephone numbers and email addresses. Your contact details will never be given to third parties and their use remains restricted to the drawing up of invoices or information messages.

For security reasons, this information is kept on a support external to my computer hardware.

As regards the information you provide me with within the context of our business relationship, it remains your property and I act as an intermediary for buying or selling or as a seller or a buyer.
It will be made available to third parties in accordance with a mandate or specific instructions which you will define.

In compliance with this new regulation, I would remind you that you have the possibility of unsubscribing from my mailing list at any time.
